Shipping
This page is a translation; in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Delivery times
Each figurine is made to order by our partner workshop, then shipped directly from there: nothing is kept in stock. Allow 10 to 14 days between the order and delivery: a few days of handcrafting by an artisan, then shipping. At the latest, even during the holidays or if shipping is delayed, your figurine arrives within 21 days. An order with several figurines, several people or animals, or a lot of detail may need a little more time in the workshop, always within these timeframes.
Where we ship
Everywhere: France, all of Europe, and beyond. Shipping is free, and so are any import duties and taxes: you have nothing to pay on delivery. Delivery takes the same time wherever you are.
Tracking
A personal tracking link is sent to you by email. It requires no password and only shows the status of your order.
On delivery
Open your package as soon as possible. If your figurine arrived broken, email us within 7 days at contact@figushop.com, with a clear, detailed video showing the broken spot up close: we remake it at our expense and arrange the return if it is needed.
Christmas and the holidays
To be safe, order at least 21 days before the date you need it, wherever you are: by December 4 for Christmas.
