That’s the whole point of FIGU: before you order, your preview shows you exactly what we’ll work from to create your figurine. If you don’t like it, try another photo, at no cost.

From €69.99 for a Big Head and €89.99 for a Classic, for one person. The price depends on the style, the size, and the number of people and pets: it’s shown with every choice, before you order anything. Shipping is free.

With 3 FIGU in your basket, the cheapest one is free, up to the price of a 12 cm Big Head (€69.99) or an 8 cm pet (€79.99). Bigger, you only pay the difference. Copies count, one per order, until December 3.

No. You upload your photo, make your choices and see your preview without paying anything, and without creating an account for your first five previews: we only ask for a free account for a second edit or a sixth preview. With your account, you get 11 free previews, and every order gives you 6 more. You only pay when you order, and you get 14 previews per creation to try out styles and poses.

Yes: up to thirteen people on the same base, with or without pets. We suggest a count based on your photo, and you can correct it if needed. Each extra person adds modeling work, and so an extra charge, shown before you order; it’s the same for each person, set by the height, and well below the price of the first: the more of you there are, the less each one costs. Beyond thirteen, the workshop quotes your group separately: you’ll be offered a quote request as soon as your photo shows more people.

Yes: up to four pets (dog, cat, or rabbit), with or without people. A photo of your pet on its own is enough: we suggest a count based on the photo, and you can correct it if needed. Beyond four, the workshop quotes your group separately.

Classic keeps natural proportions, for a true-to-life look. Big Head is the more playful version: the head is deliberately bigger. When you get to your preview, you then choose between a fixed head, attached to the body, and a bobblehead, mounted on a spring, that bobs at the slightest breeze. In all three cases, your FIGU follows the preview you approve: same outfit, same accessories, same pose.

Yes. For one person, 5 poses are available, including one that keeps the posture from your photo. For two people, a group, or pets, you get compositions suited to the group. You can change your mind after seeing your preview.

Yes. Write what you’d like to change in one sentence, for example “make the hoodie green” or “remove the glasses,” and only that part is redone. Nothing is made until you’ve approved your preview.

It follows the preview you approve, not your photo down to the millimeter. A figurine is a three-dimensional object, sculpted and painted by hand: some details are simplified so it can stand up and hold together, and facial features are interpreted by the artisan at figurine scale. If it clearly differs from the approved preview (a person missing, another pose, a blue sweater turned red), we remake it at our cost: that is our preview guarantee, detailed on the Returns page.

It’s sculpted by hand in polymer clay over a metal frame, painted by hand, then fired three times at 170 to 180 °C: it comes out hard and keeps its shape. Its materials have been tested by the SGS laboratory: odor-free, with no heavy metals or harmful phthalates. It’s a fragile, decorative object: a soft, dry brush is all it needs for dust, away from direct sunlight, heat and water. It is not suitable for children under 3.

Yes, as a decoration: place it on a small disc of card or acrylic, never directly on the icing, and remove it before cutting. It is not edible, and afterwards it stays with you as a keepsake of the big day.

Allow 10 to 14 days from order to delivery: a few days of handcrafting by an artisan, then shipping. At the latest, even during the holidays or if shipping is delayed, it arrives within 21 days. Nothing is kept in stock: each FIGU is made just for you. A tracking link is sent to you by email.

To be safe, order at least 21 days ahead, wherever you are: by December 4 for Christmas.

Email us within 7 days of delivery, with a clear, detailed video of the figurine that shows the broken spot up close: a photo isn’t enough. We remake the piece at our expense and arrange the return if it is needed: do not send anything without our agreement. It’s used only to create your figurine: it’s never published, sold, or used to train a model. It’s deleted 90 days after delivery, or after 90 days of inactivity if you don’t order (7 days for a creation started without an account). You’ll find the details in our privacy policy.
